A: You can easily request a scheduled pickup or drop off for your child by giving us a call or filling out a Request A Ride form.

Q: Will I be able to track my child during their trip?
A: Yes you can! With our live GPS tracking feature, you can watch your child from the moment they are picked up to when they are dropped off.

Q: I am nervous since my child will be riding with someone we don't know. How can you reassure my child is safe?
A: Every driver undergoes rigorous background checks and drug screenings, and our vehicles are equipped with live streaming technology to allow staff to monitor both the interior and exterior surroundings of the vehicle. Recognizing the paramount importance of your child(ren)'s safety, we adhere to stringent protocols and implement robust safety measures to ensure their protection at all times.

A: Our operating hours are Monday-Friday from 6:30am to 8:00pm.

Q: Does K.O.G. Transportation allow additional stops en route to the final destination ?
A: No, we do not allow additional stops during transport for the safety of all children.
