Policies & Procedures

Please take a moment to review the policies and procedures for K.O.G. Transportation services:

1. All payments must be made before transportation services can be rendered. If your payment method fails, your child will not be picked up and any future scheduled pick ups will be paused until payment is received. Any cancellations made after 24 hours of scheduled transportation are non-refundable.

2. There is a 5 minute grace period once the driver arrives. In the event your child is not ready within the five minute grace period, your scheduled transportation will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule your pick up. You will be ineligible for a refund as this would be considered a "no call no show" event.

3. If the drop off location is deemed unsafe or your child is in danger, the parent/guardian will be notified immediately. In the event of a medical emergency, the driver will seek medical attention via contacting emergency services (911). The staff at K.O.G. will also notify the parent as soon as possible.

4. Disrespect, discrimination, and misbehavior will not be tolerated. In the event any of the staff at K.O.G. is faced with any of the mentioned above, K.O.G. has the right to refuse any services.

5. K.O.G. follows all federal and state vehicle safety transportation regulations. This includes the necessary use of a car/ booster seat for children under 8 years old or under 45lbs., the use of a safety belt during transport, and staying seated in his/her designated seat at all times. If your child requires a booster seat, please let a staff member know before scheduling a pick up.

6. If there is an issue, concern, or complaint regarding services, please submit your concern via email at info@kidsonthegotransport.com. Once your concern has been received, a K.O.G. staff member will reach out within 24-48 hours. In the event of an emergency situation, please call 502-999-6841 (please do not call this number unless it is a true emergency).
